Apple just released iOS 5 beta 3 to developers, so if you've got a paid developer account you can go download it right now and update. There are still plenty of bugs and features that aren't fully-functional (like iCloud, for example), but things are moving right along. 9 to 5 Mac is tracking the changes in this update so hit them up for the long list of latest features and problems you can expect in this new beta.
