Hello, My Name is Chisom Anen I am a junior here at NC State University. I am looking for someone or a team to help develop an app for me which can be used on various mobile platform. 
They compensation for developing this app would $1,000-$6,000. 
I am only looking for qualified applicants whom already developed a few functional moblie applications in the past. A portfolio will be needed to be taken seriously.
Upon creating the application I would also like there to be a website as well.
Most major graphics will/can be provided for the application, it is a plus if you can create graphics as well.

Emerging retail based mobile app

Looking for experienced vendor to develop and maintain an online portal with both iPhone and Android applications for an ebay like site except that it should be much simpler.

Key features include:

- posting of sales
- browsing of items 
- mobile payment module (paypal integration)
- questions and answers between users
- simple rating system

- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

Your qualifications: 

- Programming languages: iPhone/iOS, Android, Java, HTML, CSS, Objective-C
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented 
- Strong communication skills
- A complete Elance profile/ existing portfolio of previous work 
- References or an established Elance reputation preferred
